Weather & Seasons at the Old Polo Estate Wedding Venue
A date is one of the first things you’ll decide on once you start planning your wedding, but weather in the desert of Coachella gets pretty extreme – so here’s what you need to know about the best time to tie the knot at the Old Polo Estate.
While in most locations, summers are the most popular for weddings, here, temperatures can climb to over 100 degrees! So, spring and fall are much more popular with couples – the weather is warm and sunny but not as hot, making for great conditions for an outdoor ceremony. Be sure to book the Old Polo Estate wedding venue early, especially if you plan to get married during these peak dates!
Winter can be a great time to tie the knot as well since the desert stays pretty warm. Temperatures are more mild, though mornings and evenings can be pretty chilly.
Another thing to think about when you’re choosing your wedding date is the day of the week – though Saturday weddings are the most popular, you can get married any day of the week! Venues often have more availability on weekdays, and you’ll also get a better rate.
About the Old Polo Estate
The Old Polo Estate features a large home, and a big outdoor area to host your ceremony and reception! Here’s what you can expect, and what you’ll find at the venue.
The house is a large estate, professionally decorated and designed for large groups. Up to 20 people can sleep in the house, and there are 4.5 bathrooms, a kitchen that your catering team can use, and a big game room! It’s the perfect place to get ready for the ceremony, and to hang out with the wedding party before the festivities begin.
But the most incredible thing at the Old Polo Estate is the huge outdoor space, where you can have your ceremony and reception surrounded by palm trees and more. The estate sprawls over 5 acres, and there is plenty of room for all your guests!
Featuring a pool, a volleyball course, a three-hole golf course, a patio and gazebo, a fountain, and plenty of manicured lawn space to give you some options when it comes to the ceremony and reception, this venue is truly one of a kind. The paths are lined with palm trees and greenery, and it’s a really unique place to relax, and dance the night away with your loved ones!
